-Production process: Straight-chain alkylbenzene (LAB) is continuously sulfonated with SO3 to produce the most critical anionic surfactant raw material for the detergent industry.

1.Excellent cleaning, emulsifying, foaming, and wetting properties, stable in acids, alkalis, and common oxidizers with good compatibility. 

2.The linear structure facilitates biodegradation, offering superior environmental performance compared to branched counterparts; however, it exhibits strong irritancy and corrosiveness, and direct contact with skin/ocular mucosa is prohibited.

3.Industrial packaging: 210kg standard chemical drums and IBC ton barrels; storage requires ventilation, coolness, sun protection, and moisture resistance, with strict prohibition of co-storage with strong alkalis or reducing agents.

main application 

1.Daily Chemicals: Produces LAS (sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate), used in laundry detergents, dishwashing agents, laundry liquids, and kitchen cleaners.

2.Industrial Applications: Textile refining/degreasing, papermaking deinking, electroplating degreasing, pesticide emulsifiers, and metal cleaning agents.

3.Others: Amino baking paint curing catalysts, emulsion polymerization emulsifiers.

Safety and Regulations

-Classified as corrosive chemicals; handling requires wearing acid-resistant gloves, goggles, and chemical protective clothing. In case of accidental exposure, immediately rinse with large amounts of water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

 -Transport as hazardous chemicals; comply with GB/T 8447 standards. Biodegradable, with compliant emissions and controllable environmental impact.
